Known as the hidden gem in Roscommon, you will not regret stopping by; even if you are not a train
enthusiast you will enjoy the sounds and layouts that were created by the members.
Kids love watching the one train that goes from the front room to the back room and another secret place.
This is a volunteer-run non-profit organization that has many various types of working models train
setups like the Polar Express, Halloween setup, a replica of the logging era, a layout of Roscommon
as it was 100 years ago, two small children stations to play with and a gift shop to finish off your visit. All ages are welcome and is wheelchair accessible as everything is on the first floor.
The organization is curently getting plans together to build a train depot. The kids will enter this area which will give them the feeling of a real train station before they board. It is estimating that the cost of this will be about $10,000 just for the supplies. The members will be constructing it.
